...is freehand illustration with Copic art markers, using a "marker painting" approach (paintbrush tip nibs). Occastionally, watercolor paints are used for backgrounds or other details.

The images are placed on watercolor paper to provide more depth, and richer colors.

...earliest memories of his parents, who both died when he was very young, were the smell of his mother's oil paint and linseed oil and the fascinating array of pencils and other drawing implements in his father's drafting studio, where he designed furniture.

The Interesting Thing...​

...isn't the technique, or the artist - but the topic. If we assume that at some point in the distant future we will no longer inhabit earth - either due to choice or misadventure, we will likely leave intelligent technology behind. Will that technology "recall" humanity in the actions and activities it continues to pursue?
